For everyday use or special occasions, for an occasional change or as an excellent supplement to other cheeses. Smoked Jošt has a full flavour and lovely semi hard texture.

Ingredients: pasteurised Slovenian milk, salt, microbiological cultures (milk), rennet. Smoked with natural beech smoke. Min. 45% milk fat in dry matter.
