These traditional smoked pork spareribs are dried on natural smoke and used in bean stew, sarma and other delicious Balkan classics. This product was previously frozen, do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated in breathable packaging and use within 2 weeks.
In general, 400g pack would contain a single piece of spareribs, while 600g pack would contain two. This may vary, as these ribs are an artisanal hand cut product.
