Belje bacon is smoked on beech wood over an open fire, according to a traditional procedure applied in village smokehouses in Slavonia and Baranya. This process yields a lovely aroma and a characteristic bite. Free from gluten, soy, artificial colourings and flavour enhancers.

Ingredients: pork meat, table salt, spices, sugar, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: E250. 100g of dry product made from 152g of fresh pork bacon.
