Belje bacon is smoked on beech wood over an open fire, according to a traditional procedure applied in village smokehouses in Slavonia and Baranya. This process yields a lovely aroma and a characteristic bite.
Ingredients: pork bacon, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), sugar, antioxidant: E301, preservative: E250. 100g of dry product made from 152g of fresh pork bacon.
