Dr. Oetker pork gelatin powder is used to firm up fruit tarts, creams, jellies, aspics or likewise. Simply mix 1 sachet of gelatin with 500ml cold liquid and let it soak. To disolve the mixture completely, warm it up and proceed with your preparation after cooling it a bit. Alternatively, stir the gelatin in warm liquid after soaking until it has fully dissolved.
Ingredients: fine crushed white gelatin (pork).
