Gavrilović Granicarska salami | Graničarska kobasica 600g

The name Graničarska takes us back to the times when Petrinja was settled by graničari – border guarding soldiers who defended this territory against Turk invasions. It is mildly salty in aroma and is known for its specific and authentic flavour. Gluten and soy free.

Ingredients: pork, pork fat, table salt, dextrose, spices, maltodextrin, spice extracts, stabiliser E450, colouring agent E120, starter culture, preservative E250, smoke. 100g finished dried product is obtained from 130g fresh pork. The casing is not edible.
