Prepared according to the original recipe of the old Gavrilović masters from quality pieces of pork with selected spices, traditionally smoked on beech wood. The top quality of Kulen style salami (Kulenova seka) is guaranteed by selected, high-quality pork and the highest quality spicy red pepper. Gluten and soy free.

Ingredients: pork, pork fat, table salt, spices (containing mustard), dextrose, stabiliser E450, antioxidant E301, spice extracts, colouring agent E120, starter culture, preservative E250, smoke. 100g finished dried product is obtained from 130g fresh pork. The casing is not edible.
