The broad area of Srem/Srijem is well-known for its gastronomic delights and Gavrilović’s salami is distinguished by its characteristic colour and a slightly stronger flavour that comes from abundance of red pepper.

Ingredients: pork, pork fat, table salt, red bell pepper powder, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, starter culture, preservatives (E250, E251), smoke. 100g finished products is obtained by drying 154g of fresh pork and beef. The casing is not edible.
