This product has been made by Gavrilović for over 20 years by following a traditional recipe. It is made of high-quality beef and hard fat. In harmony with natural spices this makes it one of Gavrilović’s best products. It is uniformly dark red in colour and is enriched with a mild garlic flavour and mild smoked aroma. The name “sudzuk” originates from the Turkish word “sunduk”, which means home-made sausage.
Ingredients: beef, beef fat, table salt, spices, dextrose, starter culture, antioxidant E301, preservatives (E250, E251), smoke. 100g finished products is obtained from 136g fresh beef. The casing is not edible.
