Sourced straight out of Croatian forests, dried and cured wild deer leg meat is as premium as charcuterie goes. Characteristically dark meat offers the fullness of flavour expected from wild game, to compliment its distinctive flavour serve it with blackberries, honey and walnuts.
Ingredients: deer meat 96%, salt, sugar, preservative: sodium nitrite. 100g of product is obtained by drying 160g of meat.
