Wild boars are common in Balkan forests, grazing on forrest fruits and nuts. Their leg meat is dried and cured to create premium charcuterie. Characteristically dark meat offers the fullness of flavour expected from wild game. Serve it with strong flavoured wine and cheese for the best experience.

Ingredients: wild boar meat 96%, salt, sugar, preservative: sodium nitrite. 100g of product is obtained by drying 160g of meat.
