Quick frozen baked yeasted dough – somun is a traditonal type flatbread. Pillowy and deliciously chewy, with a thin, fire-kissed crust, somun is delectable on its own. But we encourage you to rip it, dip it, eat it with spreads, or cut it in half and stuff it with your favourite sandwich ingredients. In Sarajevo, somun with ćevapčići is as iconic as Italian pizza or New York City’s bagels.

Please note that due to air bubbles inside the bread, it will feel soft under the touch even when frozen below -10c.
 

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, fresh yeast, sugar, salt, dough improver (anticlotting agent calcium carbonate, wheat flour, emulsifier diacetyl tartaric esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flour processing agent ascorbic acid, enzymes), inactive yeast. May contain traces of eggs, celery, milk and milk products.
