Istrian fuzi are the most popular and the most traditional Istrian type of pasta. They have been served on holiday dining table and on various special occasions since times immemorial. The chilli adds a beautiful colour and slight umami to the pasta itself.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, chilli 1.5%. May contain traces of cuttlefish ink.
