This rolled pasta is produced from the highest quality flour from selected varieties of durum wheat and fresh eggs. The shape is also locally known as široke lazanje, and in Italy as pappardelle.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%. May contain traces of molluscs.
