Zagorje style strudels are traditionally prepared with fine puff pastry and neutral cottage cheese and are among most famous Croatian delicacies. Favourite in traditional gastronomic circles, these versatile pastries may be boiled or baked, sweetened or salted.

Ingredients: cheese filling 45% (fresh cheese 96%, liquid pasteurised eggs, iodised sea salt, wheat semolina), wheat flour, water, margarine (vegetable fats (palm), sunflower oil, water, emulsifier mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, iodised salt, acidity regulator citric acid, colour: beta-carotene, flavouring), iodised sea salt, powdered eggs, sunflower oil. May contain nuts, sesame and soybean.
