Magaza Fergesa | Urnebes 290g

Fergesa, Fergese or Urnebes is a type of spread (or salad as we call it) characteristic of southern Balkan cuisine, with many local variations in preparation. It is always present on the meze board and perfect enjoyed spread on crusty bread or on pljeskavica.
