Pečjak Strukli are traditionally prepared with fine pastry and 100% Slovenian fresh cheese and are among most famous Slovenian and Croatian delicacies. Favourite in traditional gastronomic circles, these versatile pastries may be boiled or baked, sweetened or salted.

Ingredients: fresh cheese filling min. 58% (fresh cheese min. 70%, soured cream, eggs, wheat grits, sunflower oil), wheat flour, water, eggs, sunflower oil, corn starch, iodised salt, flour treatment agent E920. May contain soy, nuts and sesame.
