Poljorad Travnik white cheese | Travnički beli sir 800g

White cheese originating from the mountain of Vlašić, just above the town of Travnik in central Bosnia and Herzegovina. This delicious savoury white cheese comes in brine and goes amazingly well with ajvar as part of the meze platter.

Ingredients: pasteurised cow milk, salt, microbial rennet, starter culture, preservative potassium sorbate. 50% fat in dry matter.
