Vital refined sunflower oil is produced from the best sunflower seeds and refined applying state of the art technology. Pressing, extraction by solvents and subsequent refining processes are used to make oil that is one of top quality oils in respect of its nutritional value by all standards. Rich in vitamin E, Omega 6 fatty acid, as well as natural beta- carotene colour that is converted by the body into vitamin A. Vital oil is used for cooking and baking both by households and restaurants accross the Balkans. Also perfect for emulsifying salad dressings and in preparation of mayonnaise due to its neutral flavour.
